Add Player form for TEAMS only	ADD PLAYER: To add player(s) AFTER the Roster is submitted. New Shooters can be added thru the end of Week 9. The online Add Player request must be completed and payment received.

Sponsor invoices	SPONSOR FEES are due by the end of Week 5. Captains are responsible to contact their Sponsor to ensure payment is made. Week 2: Sponsor invoices are emailed to the sponsor with cc to Captains. Week 5: Sponsor statements are emailed to unpaid sponsors with cc to Captains.. Week 6: Teams are dropped for unpaid Sponsor Fees
